Anniversary Celebration- LANKA SSL

Our 14th Anniversary

Lanka Special Steels Limited (LSSL), celebrated its 14th anniversary on 09th June 2018. The celebration began with a rendition of the Sri Lanka Anthem. Mr M.Pravin De Silva, CEO, LSSL, who inaugurated the programme, extended his good wishes to the employees on reaching this milestone. A report based on the fourteen years journey of LSSL was also presented during the programme.

As part of the celebrations, various group activities and events such as a cricket tournament, musical chair competition, tug of war and dance were organised. The event was held on a scenic beach resort, allowing the employees to enjoy a celebratory mood throughout the day. The programme was designed to help employees discover the fun and joy they can experience among their peer group and to foster greater team spirit. Annual awards for Individual Excellence, Attendance SGA Award along with awards for winners and participants of various events conducted during the anniversary celebrations were also presented.
