Lanka SSL is highly committed towards their Employees’ Occupational Health & Safety. Closely monitoring and regularly reviewing the Company Emergency Response Plan, annually reorganizing the Fire Team and Rescue Team, periodically providing specific trainings to increase the quality, efficiency and the effectiveness of them. The Company is excessively concern of health condition of employees and conducting Annual Medical Campaign as well as regular Doctors visit.
